ahh, typo? How can the ID be bigger than the OD?

For dynomax part number 24249, OD of inlet is 3" and ID of outlet is 3".

Not a typo. One side measures 3'' and the other 2.75''. Called DynoMax and the rep said the ID is 3'' measured on the outside and the OD is 3'' measured on the inside, so it's a little smaller. The measurements taken as he suggested still don't work out.


My apologies for not understanding the Ops's part number. The part number I purchased is 24249. They are about the size of a coffee mug.

That's the reason I shared the info because they are advertised as 3'' ID/OD, but in actuality they aren't.
