Half Cover Ideas

Spent some quality time with these half covers and my drill press this last weekend, and im looking for ideas on how to re-badge them for my ‘16 R/T.

Ideas so far:
-Machined aluminum inserts for the badge area with “R/T” cut out
-I want to re-spray them without looking cheap, not sure what color either.

Any ideas are appreciated

Will these fit a 5.7l r/t ? Or did you modify them?

Anyway you could paint the inserts body color. Or you could add R/T, HEMI or challenger emblems.

Like the idea of machined inserts. Shame the inserts available are over priced. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F391810815751

they will fit a R/T 5.7

but you do need to replace the silencer tube so a catchcan will fit to re-route the hoses

unless you do like fender mount catchcan or something along those lines

What year do you have? Later models like my '18 don't have the silencer tube, but I think you still need to reroute the hoses with a catch can to make them fit I believe.
