It's my outsider information. 50th anniversary, and 426 would be a match made to fly off the lots. A Guy

As mentioned previously the 426 is just a natural fit for the 50th anniversary year, it just plain promotes its self as the perfect retro car motor combination. I'm pretty sure it would cause a major sales spike for ma Mopar's Dodge Challenger and instead of sales dwindling down as it gets ready to change into a new generation it could go out on top.

I know my car runs 10's because I once beat a guy who said his car runs 11's.

I sure hope this 426 flat out replaces the 392 entirely. That would take the dealer gouging away.

No it won’t. The dealer will begin gouging on the new 426. Price gouging never ends with car dealers anytime a newer model comes out that everyone wants.

They may or may not.

I don't see many dealers price gouging the SPWB's. That's a new model that many want.
Actually, most dealers are discounting them, same as they would any SP.

I agree, some dealers will price gouge ANY thing.

Its harder to price gouge an entire line up (example: SP, 392 Shaker, 392 T/A, SPWB) than it is to just inflate one particular option or model. (example: Hellcat or Redeye)

At the end of the day, they still need to sell cars.

I wouldn't think there would be much (other than maybe if you have to be first when the order banks open up) price gouging as long as the 426 is not limited in anyway. If it's available for unlimited order and looks to be available for the foreseeable future then hopefully there wouldn't be too many dealers trying to price gouge. Man I hope they build the 426 .
