Well the link says this:
The air would get worse over the course of the next two days’ worth of runs, but he ended up making a total of 19 runs, the slowest of which was an 11.64 and most runs were in the 11.50s. For the “slower” runs, DA was in the 2,400 range, yet when using the TransBrake, Holmberg was able to pull a 1.62 60-foot time and run his best trap speed of the weekend, hitting 118.26 miles per hour.

So he may have been in the 11.6s at that 2000DA. I don't know if you are aware, but there is a huge facebook online Challenger community and there are guys running way into the 11s in similar conditions with the A8/392 combo with set ups very similar to how this 1320 was.

Hey I'm rooting for these 1320s to be significant, and I hope to run one this year at my local track to find out how bad they are for myself!

I've hit 11.40's with mine so far with wheels, tune, seats removed, and a couple minor bolt ons. I've run 11.50's in positive DA with the interior in as well. My car is a 2015 Scat Pack A8.

The way I see it, comparing those times to mine, and adjusting for DA and potential weight differences, it seems like the 1320 is about .2 quicker than a similar Scat Pack (granted they both must have drag radials to be equal).

The biggest gains are off the line. The 1320 has better 60fts, due to the drag mode suspension, springs, higher stall speed converter (still haven't had this 100% confirmed yet), and trans brake.

This guy ran 11.48 in +100ft DA. I ran 11.49 in +500ft DA last fall, but I have a tune and a couple bolt ons. I'm not sure how much the driver weighs, but that is also a factor as that can be anywhere from 25-100lbs difference depending on the size of the drivers. If that car was tuned, it would easily drop .2-.25, putting it well into the 11.20's in positive DA which is very impressive. I'm hoping for 11.30's this year in great air after another minor mod.

If I were buying a new Scat Pack right now, no doubt I'd get the 1320. It's well worth it. But my 2015 runs mid 11's already and I'd take a beating trading it in now for a new one. They're spectacular cars though, very impressed with what Dodge did with those cars. I hope to see one at our local track soon, would love to see one in person and check it out, and maybe even race one for fun!

I hear you about similarities but what I'm saying is yes they both have drag radials but you out on a 17 inch and you will net even lower times. If he used transbrake on first run he would of ran probably a 12.3ish at his 118 but he did it on the high DA level. Also those scats are tuned. Throw that in the mix and see. I'm not taking away that the regular scats are nothing I'm just saying Dodge did there home work with this car. Same horsepower and almost as fast as a manual cat

Are you saying the 1320 Scat Packs are tuned? Or you referring to other cars running similar times being tuned? I sort of wonder if the 1320 has a slightly different tune than a standard Scat Pack. Maybe the same overall horsepower, but maybe they have it set up to bring the timing in sooner off the line, higher flash point in the converter, richer fuel mix down low, etc. Could still have 485hp but be more beastly off the line.

My Nova improved about .1 ET just by locking out my timing and having the full 34 degrees right off the line vs having a timing curve with 20 degrees static and 14 mechanical. Even with a quick curve where I brought in the 14 degrees in by 2000RPM, it still went faster with the timing locked out. Same overall power as before, just using more of the power immediately vs a little later.

I've actually beat a manual Hellcat at the track before, though not by much. He had drag radials and was stock outside of that. I had my Racestars, tune, some bolt ons, etc. I got him by about .1 off the line with a better reaction time and then we were side by side. Got him by .06 at the end of the track haha! He didn't miss any shifts either. The guy was amazed, as was I! I've never taken down an A8 Hellcat though. I have kept up to the 1/8 mile but after that they just walk away and leave me in the dust haha!

I'm saying the scats that are running good times have a tune. Yes I think 1320s do because I can tell the difference between that and my TA 392. Yes the converter in 1320 is super loose. That's awesome about you and hellcat. I was at the track with my 1320 last night and ran 4 times. All with 2.0 and higher 60fts. Tried every launch possible. Tire pressure at 19. Fronts at 45. Ran 12.3 and 12.4

Just so you know, there are quite a few people that have gone 11.7, and some 11.6s from stock tune Chargers and Challengers, typical trap speeds are 116-117 for these runs. Unlike the 1320 being referenced, these cars are typically not on front skinnies like this 1320(at least a tenth) and some have and some have not lightened the interior.

Also, this guy with the 1320 trailered it to the track and has a Demon, he's a top 5% racer no doubt, not your average Joe(if there is such a thing for people who like to drag race) who drives his car to the track, then races it.

There are guys with tunes and boltons going 11.1-11.3 at about 120.

At this point, we will probably have go all the way around to the fall for the great conditions again, I'd love to see a stock 392 car go 10.9x and think it could be done with these 1320s, but that will probably require a 60 foot time around 1.59 which is tough.

How does that even work? If I drive there from Ohio and cruise up PCH and my exhaust is louder than they allow or I have removed my Cats and have headers?

Because you are not a resident, you wont have to have your car inspected(required for license and registration I assume) so unless you got pulled over for doing something crazy, it probably wouldn't be an issue. They would see your out of state plates and know their rules don't apply to you, but they could probably ticket/fine you for something if they really wanted to...
