Thats how I tuned E85 on my old Honda(no tuning available) with fuel pressure adjustment at the regulator return. it works really surprisingly well and I can run regular gas if needed in a pinch.

so last night I ended up replacing all the upper injector o-rings, I had one leaking so I figured the rest wouldn't be far behind.
I am ordering a replacement ring for the driver side hat from Dodge, after 11 years i guess it was due for replacement as well.
I have setup a preliminary tune for E85, once I get the hat leak fixed I'll use a transfer pump to remove the 93 and add 5 gallons of E85.

The tune is completed and my Challenger drives better with e85 vs 93. No more knock and seems to run smoother (for lack of a better term). Unfortunately I don't know what the power difference is as I haven't had it strapped down yet.
Once I'm back from TDY I'll make an appt for some pulls.

Nice man , I to am contiplating going to e 85 but 2 grand on a dual hat fuel system just went thru mmx motor forged on my 392, sucks that the other guy had a bad experience I called them multiple times they were very helpful. Hoping for 700 whp going 12 to 14 pounds of boost but I got that Arrington fuel pump it's been fine at 604 whp. Heard it wont keep a good fuel psi for 700 whp and I will be in the 650 to 690 range. My buddy and I built the motor runs great ( dont like that cold start forged piston clatter though) it's at the dyno shop now if it gets close to 700 I might just leave it alone fingers crossed.
