Unfortunately it sure sounds like it, take a long screwdriver and put the handle to your ear...press the tool onto the cover and go along the the tops of the valve covers, you'll hear normal valve train/rocker noise, when it gets loudest that'll be the one...my advice is to dump the car before it gets way worse, as of now it's not to bad and won't be spotted by an untrained ear, but eventually it'll take out the cam...root cause: lifter roller needle bearings

Hemi tic is extremally common on the 5.7 and does not have any affect on the engines durability.

Yeah. Doesn't sound bad. While there is ticking it sounds like it is a number of ticks not one distinct and louder than the background ticking and other noises.

Is the oil reasonably fresh and of the right type and viscosity. Engines get noisier as the oil accumulates miles.

If the oil has some miles change it and the filter and see if this helps. Depending upon where you are how you use the car you might find a shorter oil change interval can help keep the noise down some.

I'll post a new video not in the garage. I hear the tick more by the tire then from the top on engine. Will be changing my oil soon with amsoil 5w-20 signature line

BTW do you have a manual trans and do you hear a lot of valvetrain noise when deccelerating? If so, my cure was to swap out the stock pushrods.

BTW - make sure you rule out the evap solenoid as it can tick at idle. I think on the pre-2015 the evap purge solenoid was mounted near the passenger side wheelwell (see attached image).

Also, about the push rods, it doesn't sound like a sewing machine. Mine sounds clean and tight from top of engine. The sound seems to be coming from the bottom more.
