More 2015 Pricing Info Released

SXT - $26,995
R/T - $31,495
R/T Scat Pack - $38,495
SRT - $45,995
SRT Hellcat - $59,995

I have to say I'm impressed...I know most of the discussion in the main 2015 thread has been about the Hellcat...but the R/T Scat Pack came in quite a bit under what most people were guessing (mid-to-upper 40's). It's cheaper than the 2014 392 Core.

Honestly, the past couple of weeks I've been trying to value engineer my purchase because of concerns over how much Dodge was going to charge for these refreshed and upgraded Challengers...

...my wife has been "guilting" me into being more "reasonable"...

...but with Dodge's announcement of the R/T 392 Scat Pack pricing coming in at $38,495...

I can get the car that I WANT, and SAVE my marriage all at the same time!!!

BLESS YOU DODGE!

If toxic orange were an option, I would be trading mine in a heartbeat. Not that I don't love my '11, but $31k for the new R/T? That's just too good to pass up, especially considering I paid only $3k less than that for my R/T. Love my toxic orange though, so I'll keep her. I'm liking where Dodge is going though.

Toxic Orange '11 Challenger R/T Plus, Blastin' Bobs MFCE Magnaflow 2-1/2" w/ glasspack, black Hurst Comp Stick
White/Maroon '87 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, Magnaflow 3" duals w/ glasspack, original 307 V8

Great news indeed. I'm wondering if this "lower than expected" pricing has anything to do with the demise of the "SRT Brand"???

Less overhead to figure in, and now they are just a bad ass Dodge with an SRT option!

Very interesting and good for Dodge.

Dodge nailed it on this one, the new models will certainly fly off of the showroom floors.

From Chrysler Media's Facebook page:

What is the cost of pure power? Prices are out for the 2015 Dodge Challenger lineup and it’s more affordable than you might think. The 2015 Dodge Challenger SXT has a starting U.S. MSRP of $26,995. With four engines, eight-speeds and up to 707 horsepower, it’s the most capable and technologically advanced Challenger lineup ever. Oh, and don’t worry, we wouldn’t keep you in the dark on the price of the most powerful and fastest muscle car ever: the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.

Challenger SXT: $26,995
Challenger SXT Plus: $29,995
Challenger R/T: $31,495
Challenger R/T Plus: $34,495
Challenger R/T Scat Pack: $38,495
Challenger SRT 392: $45,995
Challenger SRT Hellcat: $59,995

Dodge unleashes the 2015 Dodge Challenger lineup at dealerships later in the third quarter. So which model will you race away with?

I'm sure that once you add the Shaker package to it, it will be in the low $40's. Still one hell of a car for that price.

I'm surprised in a good way. The 2015's got a lot of new equipment that were previously options, but the base price went up only a smidgen. I'm not sure how they did that, but good job Dodge.

Maybe this has been touched on already, but will the SRT 392 have the same brakes, suspension, etc as the Hellcat?

Yes, same brakes, 15.4" Brembo two piece....not sure if the 392 has the adjustable suspension as the Hell Cat though.

Honest, I'm not really that interested in the Shaker package...I'd rather do a TA style hood.
