My challenger makes clunking noises when i drive it

My 2013 Sxt Challenger is making weird clunking noises when only when i drive it , the noise gets more persistent the faster i go. It sounds like its coming from the rear passenger side. This started happening like 30 minutes after i did a burnout. Please help , thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum. Since you are hearing the noise in the back I suspect it could be:

- cradle bushing
- linkage (control arm, trail arm...etc) bushings
- half-shaft CV joint failing

Also check your brake pads (I assume you used your brakes instead of a line lock) and lug nuts. The 2013 also used a rubber coupler between the trans-propshaft and diff-propshaft which is known to fail/weaken over time.

Check out the online chilton manual link in this post to help you diagnose further.

Hello Tookie,

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this noise. If you thinking you'd like to visit your Dodge dealer to get this inspected, let us know. We're available via direct message and would be happy to escalate it to a case specialist for handling.

You can put your Vin and get the OEM parts for your car should be under Body/Quarter Panel & Components

Also looks like you need new tires

How did that happen with stock wheels? Or did something from the road just hit the liner and tear it?
