Well, I did it! I got out of my Camaro and moved to a 2019 Scat Pack. B5 blue, technology, plus, Nav and convenience package. I got such a great deal (at least I think I did) so I’m happy! It’s coming from New Mexico and i can’t wait for it to show up!!!

LOVE that blue! Beautiful car! That was my original favorite color but me and my wife talked about it and she really liked the B5 and once I saw one I liked it a lot too.
Thanks! Not sure yet. Standard fare for my sports cars has always been intake and exhaust but my last 2 camaros were both V6. Right now the order would be:
1) protective coating
2) Possibly black racking stripes or the blacked out hood.
3) Intake
4) Analyze exhaust and possibly swap
5)headers - I’ve wanted this since my 2013 camaro but Chevy builds the manifold into the car.
I’d also really LOVE the hood pins but I couldn’t make myself pay 4K for the T/A just for the pins, intake and the black hood I wanted. Does anyone know if the pins can be added later?
PCP? I originally built it online in dark blue too! Then I was trying to decide between orange, F8 green and B5 blue. I really liked the F8 green with the black stripes on the Stars and Stripes edition but after months of online looking the other day i just said, “I like this B5 blue and that’s my final decision.”

Haha they aren’t ‘that’ bad but they’re definitely small. Funny story, I drive a work van 5 days a week so I got in last week and was like, “man this car is small.” Thankfully I’m only like 5’7” on a good day so it doesn’t affect me so much like it does the 6’ guys. It truly is a great car though, it’s so much fun to drive. It’s a great time to be alive with all these cars. I’m not brand loyal so I just love everything. I’ve owned GMC, Scion, Toyota, Chevy, Dodges and I’m only 33.

I am 6' 5" and although I always wanted a Challenger me and the wife test fit in Mustangs and Cameros as well as a Challenger at the local Motor Trend new car show last year. The Mustang was too small (the wife's first choice), I couldn't see the gauges through the steering wheel in the Camero and the Challenger headroom was a little tight since every one they had on display was a sunroof car. We then went to the dealer and test fit both of us in a non sun roof Challenger (she is very short) and we both fit just fine. I prdered mine a few months later and now have a PCP widebody.
Nice! I got mine from a local dealer (Colorado) who bought it from Malloy and is shipping it here! The deal is subjective to some but basically we talked the Challenger down to 41,250 before I got killed on my trade-in. I was upside down over 6K and walked out of the dealership right about $2,500 over sticker with all taxes, fees etc. But I got the car I wanted so I’m happy.
You got the car you wanted, not a bad deal either! Here's to many happy miles ahead! <img src="http://www.challengertalk.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Smile" class="inlineimg" />

I'm 5'11 and I find the 6th gen ridiculously cramped with hardly any visibility. I hate it. The 5th gen isn't that bad. I feel the most comfortable in a Challenger and Mustang, but everyone and their uncle has a damn Mustang. It also doesn't look as good. So, Challenger it is for me

Yeah I get why people say that, if I was any taller it would be a definite issue, there’s not much clearance for my head and I’m not tall, at all. Agreed on Mustang, they’re everywhere and women drive a lot of them. Which isn’t bad but I always poke fun it’s a girls car.
I came from a 5th gen Camaro and the interior didn't feel overly cramped (I am only 5'8"). But I definitely felt a bit more claustrophobic when I sat in the 6th gens while looking at various possible replacements for the Camaro. My short list included 6th gen SS/ZL1, Mustang GT/GT350, C7 GS or a 392 Challenger. All have their positives and negatives, but I finally settled on the Challenger (T/A 392) because none of the others come in plum crazy!

I came from the 5th gen and being short the 6th didn’t feel too bad. I had the same list, first it was ZL1 but I realized it was too expensive and just too much car for what I need. So I looked at GT, 392 and 2SS camaros. Hated the new 2019 camaros, didn’t love the 2019 Mustang but loved the Challenger. I liked purple too but I was so surprised when my wife said she hated it!
Now you need to change your name to Escapedfromcamaro <img src="http://www.challengertalk.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Wink" class="inlineimg" />
Called the dealer this morning and he said (barring weather) it should be here this afternoon. But then he said, “depending on time it might not be ready today.”
I was patient but i wanted to tell him get that damn car ready!!
Looks awesome, congrats! And yes, you can add the MOPAR hood pins after the fact. Mine were installed at the factory and I would only let a dealer do it that I trusted, which is hit-n-miss. Look forward to seeing more pics.
