Rev takes forever....

Hey guys was at a car meet up today and revved up to 5,000 and man it was taking forever for the RPM to decrease like 3 to 4 secs between each RPM range. Why??? Is it to do with ported Lower intake and stock TB or something?

2014 SXT - Overkill ported lower intake, AFE Momentum GT CAI, Straight thru pipes (after cats), Valvetronic mufflers with wireless remote, SRT hellcat wheels, Billet tech oil catch can, 91 tune diablosport Trinity T1000, BC Racing BR Type coilovers.

We already have too many emissions regulations. We’ve already had clean emissions on our cars ever since the 1980’s from when the socialists imposed all these communist restrictions on Auto manufacturers. That’s why a friggin car costs $30,000 and $40,000 today. The consumer is the one forking the bill and paying for government control over emissions. Enough is enough. I don’t believe that we need more restrictions forced upon us by the EPA, CAFE and the government. Government intervention is the reason why cars were stripped of their horsepower during the mid 70’s and throughout the 80’s. That wasn’t a good thing. These environmental laws are implemented for nothing else but for control. It’s all a big hoax just like global warming is a hoax.

So keeping the RPMs higher longer is a *good* thing for emissions?!?! That doesn't seem right... Not that anyone driving a big V8 car is super concerned about emissions anyway... Just sayin. :-)

Global Warming is a hoax? Sorry but it's real. Do you also believe the earth is flat?

Why yes it is.

Whatever liberal term that you call it whether it’s global warming or anything else, climate change has been occurring here on earth for millions of years. It’s nothing new. The elites want us all to panic about climate change. It’s all about money, economics and control. It has nothing to do with the environment.
