power window disable

I have a 2015 RT Plus that needs a window tint replaced. I was looking for the steps to disable the automatic down section of the power windows so the window will remain in the full up position with the door open. This allows the window tint to be placed below the weather strip. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
dj

hey, dj...

i sweated the same before i took my car in to be tinted. don't sweat it, it's not a problem and shouldn't screw up your tint job.

Power window auto down

Thanks for all the replies. Also located several suggestions in General Discussion area.
I like to attempt to correct or fix what I can with my cars/trucks, prior to taking them to someone else or a dealer, however, I have learned just enough about these newer computerized units to ask first before I mess things up worse. You members really help. Thanks again.

Just take a wooden dowel and close the latch on the opened door. Presto, the window goes up. Remember to open the door latch before attempting to close the door.
