Texas Hemi Fest May 13th!!!

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! May 13th is Hemi Fest in Houston, TX!

We will be meeting for lunch from 11am to 2pm at Twin Peaks!
Twin Peaks: 11335 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079

At 2pm we will be holding a driver's meeting for a cruise throughout the city with a roll out at 2:30pm. The cruise route will be heading east down i10 to 610 and make a lap of the entire loop of 610. We will then then take i10 west to Peitz Performance.

Peitz Performance: 21215 FM 529 #260, Cypress, TX 77433.

The meet will include dyno pulls to all who wish to participate. The meet at Peitz will not be MOPAR specific but let's do this big and show them that MOPARs can throw down some huge numbers!

This event is open to any and all Hemi equipped MOPAR models! Challengers, Chargers, 300's, Rams, Durangos, and Jeeps! Please let anyone and everyone know if they wish to attend! You can also check in on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/events/1103779579750261/

If anyone wishes to get my phone number prior to the cruise, please PM me for it.

PLEASE REMEMBER!
The cruise throughout the city will be nothing more than that. Please stay within your ability, be cautious of your surroundings, and DO NOT ruin this for everyone by attempting to street race. We don't need anyone getting hurt or ruining the event for others by being reckless on the cruise. We hope you all will come and have a good time with everyone and make new friends along the way. I look forward to seeing many new faces and reconnecting with some of you that I haven't seen in a while!

Please keep in mind this the first time we've done this meet. If we get a decent turn out this year, we will start trying to set up a track day for the day after the meet/cruise/dyno night for next year!

I love American muscle cars like a thrice-divorced 45-year old tax attorney loves barely legal coeds. That is to say; passionately, inappropriately and almost certainly inadequately while muttering whispered apologies to the beautiful thing I am probably ruining forever.

To those who call me crazy: the distance between genius and insanity is measured only by success.

Please RSVP in the thread so that I can get an approximate head count if you'd like to attend.

Me and my wife are in if my work schedule allows it. I'm from West Texas and so far, this is the closest meet I've seen that will have potential. My car is not really all about performance, but my car will be looking a little nicer by then.
