I did figure it out. What I did was disconnect all the spark plugs wires on that side and disconnect any other wire clips so I could move the wiring enough to get my hand under them and lift up the EVAP valve. Getting it off the tab even with the extra room was a pain in the ass but not the end...

Challenger SRT hood, OEM Mopar aluminum. No dents or dings.
I bought this hood from a guy who painted it matte black himself. He didn't do a great job so I had it wrapped in Avery SW900 satin black vinyl.
You'll need to reuse your car's hood struts, hinges, mounting bolts, and front...
Here's where the 2015 service manual (the one they use at dealerships) says it's located but it's not correct. It is in this general vicinity but it's under the all the tied-together wires that lead to every electrical component on the left side of the engine bay.
I had to disconnect every...
I had a problem like this on my Scat Pack. I took it to two different Dodge dealerships (including Steve White) and they couldn't diagnose it. I called Injected Engineering in Atlanta and described the issue and a guy there suggested replacing the Evap Purge Valve.
I did that myself and it was...
Ok, went back and looked and I can only see it from under the car. From the top it’s behind wiring going to the PCM and a couple other things that aren’t easily moved out of the way.
I’m just going to have to take it somewhere and have them switch this damn thing out for me.
I appreciate your...
Anybody know where the evaporative purge valve is located on a 2015+ 6.4 engine? I attached a pic from the 2015 service manual that shows where it’s supposedly located but I don’t see it. Anyone have an idea?

I’m looking for a set of Mopar hood pins and hoping not to have to pay $300 for new ones. Either black or chrome ones are fine. I’ll be painting them anyway.
I put these fake ones on to test out the look and want to do the real thing.
Shoot me a PM if you have these available. Thanks!
It's pretty much the same thing. There are higher end removable coatings but they're not available in spray cans.
The reason plastidip gets dull after a while is because of its rubber texture. It attracts a lot of brake dust and dirt. Dip Your Car has a product called Dip Coat that will reduce...
I recommend looking up DipYourCar on youtube and watching their videos, particularly the ones about dipping wheels. They explain everything in detail.
I would recommend practicing spraying plastidip on a test panel or a speed shape (they have these for cheap on dipyourcar.com). I have a lot of...
