So I installed a 10 inch 100 Watt Bazookatube subwoofer with a new Kenwood head unit, sounds great and works fine. The headunit even made the lowly stock speakers sound ten times better.

During the installation I had left the doors open for quite a while, which I assumed had drained some battery over time. Drove the car home last night with the woofer blasting, turned it off for the night.

This morning I started her up, to hear the car running fine but saw a few warning lights that didn't disappear from the initial warning light 'test' that occurs when the car first warms up. What could cause this? Is it drawing too much power from the alternator?
Turning the car off after running for a minute, then back on again fixed the problem - no unexpected warning lights to be seen.
