Can you give some more info on the car? Specifically mileage and which transmission?
Also if this PSI Valve Springs for (2003-2008 5.7L) (Non-VVT) (2006-2010 6.1L) Hemi Applications PSI-LS1511ML
Is the springs you got they will not work for your 2011. I recommend the Mopar performance valve springs that can be had for ~$75. Part # 68277306AA You will need 16 springs of course.
Pushrods I recommend upgrading to something like the Manley .080 wall chromoly or equivalent but it isn't 100% necessary.

If you already have the ls1511ml springs you can still use them on the 2011 Eagle heads, but you are going to need a few more parts to install them. You are going need,
Manley spring cup locators, part # 42324-16 ( 0.205 thick, 1.300 OD, 0.812 ID )
Comp Cams retainers part # 761-16
8 spring seat shims 0.020 thick for the intake valves
8 spring seat shims 0.030 thick for the exhaust valves
This will put you at the correct 1.800 installed height for the 1511 springs
The 1511 springs have a spring rate of 384# per inch, stock 6.4 springs are 389# per inch, and the 5.7 Eagle springs are 413# per inch, so the stock push rods should work fine.
