July 19 - Old Firehouse Cruise-in. Held at the Old Beaverdam Firehouse on the grounds of Zion Christian Church, 16158 Beaverdam School Rd, Beaverdam VA 23015. 5 - 8 pm. Anything with wheels that someone would like to show off is welcome. Antique cars, cool modern cars, trucks, restored fire engines and tractors, motorcycles, etc. A People's Choice Award will be given at 7:30 pm. There will be oldies music with a DJ, $0.50 chili dogs and $0.25 fresh made popcorn. Free chili dog for each particpant. Come on out for a fun, family-friendly night in the country.
