Which system? My 2006 Charger with 2nd level radio would lock up, and it took a battery disconnect to work right, maybe 2 times over 7 years.

not getting any sound from any speaker and having double checked your applicable settings (volume, mute, etc) sounds like a head unit going bad. might try a complete battery disconnect (both cables, wait several minutes) this 'can' sometimes fix certain lil electrical glitches these cars get. Look at it like a soft reboot. Its not uncommon for dodge head units to brick out. already replaced mine in less than the 1st yr after new.

We really need to know what radio and sound system you have. Maybe there is an amp somewhere that died, or more than likely, the head unit needs replaced.
