I have 2010 RT with 320,000 miles and recently have some issues :

1.With engine on idle gear won't go into 2nd,3rd,5th and 6th. Only go into 1st,4th and reverse but if I turn off the engene it'll go into all of the gears. Also, just driving normally it'll go into any gears(1st-2nd-3rd ans so on)

2. Whenever I shift in high rpm(4000+) clutch depressed to the floor it makes grinding noise-not grinding gear noise but more like worn brake pads rubbing against rotor noise. It only makes that noise only when in high rpm and clutch depressed.

3. While driving on 3rd,4th,5th and 6th gear I can shift to neutral easily without depressing clutch and no noise at all

Last week I replaced the shifter bushing at local shop hoping it'll fix noise but it did not fix anything.

Anybody know what is causing these issues ?

By the way I replaced factory clutch , slave cylinder and counter shaft bearing around 199,000 miles.

Wow thats a ton of miles, congrats to you.
Average life of a clutch is about 100k? Or you might have finally worn through your gears and may need a trans job. Best to get it looked at by a shop if you get the chance
