there is no kit that is why there is a list of part numbers and wiring info. you can order most of it off line or go to the dealer and order it all. if you do your research most dealers will work with you on price. there is a dealer that is on this site that has been giving everyone great prices. his name is steve white.

Hey to anyone who could help...So I had a successful hellcat bumper swap I took the chance and had my local body shop help me with this process. Had the new bumper installed for about a week now and i got to say looks aggressive as hell, only one problem I ran into, the lower engine bay belly pan that came with the new SRT bumper kit is not compatible with the way the SXT undercarriage is. So im now driving without the lower belly pan, not a big issue but could you direct me on how you got this problem solved or are you empty underneath the engine bay as well?
THANKS SO MUCH!!

Did you have to change the front metal defense bar? Which the absorber is covering? I can't get it to line up.
I am pretty sure that the absorber is different for '15 and up, the corners (ends) are smaller/different. See my '15 below:

I recently came upon a 2010 Challenger SXT for a price that I couldn't resist. It needed work, so I took it under my wing to breathe new life into it. All the work was done by myself and a close friend.
Mannnn... that looks so awesome! I've been looking into converting the front and rear of my 2014 R/T, so this is inspiring. Thank you for the parts list; super useful!!

Just realized OP has the DRLs on WITH the headlights. That's not normal behavior. Usually headlights on, you get white halo there

The newer Dodge products have all the headlight/DRL/turn signal/running light systems controlled by the BCM (body control module). They don’t have traditional circuits with flashers, relays, and fuses like we’re used to. Because of this, it may be quite the challenge to get the newer style lights to work correctly on an older car.

*DISCLOSURE* I realize that this is "only" a V6 and I want to disclose that in no way will I be up-badging this car, merely modifying it to my liking, to have a one-of-a-kind vehicle locally. Simple.

With that, I'll begin. I wanted to convert the front-end of this 2010 to the updated look of the 2015 Hellcat. This was to be a hood and fascia swap. After much back-and-forth to my local dealer, I was finally able to complete this conversion yesterday.

The swap is pretty straightforward. The only kink is the wiring for the headlights and side markers. Thanks to member Hellsfire for pointing me in the right direction for the wiring information for the 2015 headlights. I would also like to thank NATE @ The Retrofit Source for all of his incredible service. For pre-2015 vehicles, none of the existing headlight/parking lamp connectors are compatible with the 2015 headlights. Nate fabricated a custom harness with the correct connectors, saving me the $550+ to buy a new HDLP harness from Dodge. It was as simple as mounting the control box then hooking up power and grounds. Done.

This conversion was a lot of fun. It completely changed the look of this car. I hope some of this info will be useful to anyone else interested in doing this conversion!

What Exactly needs to be done with the wiring? I'm thinking about doing this to my 10 srt. Is it as easy as changing out the pigtails?

yes you can with out any problems at all. you just have to make a small notch to lower the headlights about a 1/8 inch. this is done with a small notch in the core support. about 10 min worth of work.
i have a pic of this on my computer but it keeps telling me that it is to large to post and i dont know how to shrink it down
So a older model Hellcat bumper can fit a 2010 Challenger
