2011's seem cheaper than the 2010's.

EXAMPLE:

2010 classic 34190+995(6spd)+295(HO)+750(destination)=36230

2011 classic 32970+0(6spd)+295(toxic orange)+825(dest.chrg)=34090

There is a $1000 dollar incentive. But that is not included in the price that you have. The 2011's are cheaper. They are trying to make it more competitive. With the current incentive the 2011 RT you priced would be 33090

A big chunk is the "free" 6 speed unlike the 995 extra that it was last year. It is now like the old days, you have to pay extra for the automatic.

yea the manual tranny part is like the old days . pay more for the automatic. the only thing is the colors are not as great IMO when compared to the 2010s. since i like the high impact colors. so between the 2010s and 2011s its kind of a no brainer. altho for 2010s they are going below sticker by alot. can i get a 2011 under sticker or is it what it is?

It all depends on the dealership. If you are looking at the RT you might have better luck since there isn't too much different from the 2010, but dealerships will try and hold the SRT and SE near MSRP since their newer and want more incentive to get rid of their older 2010 models.

Dodge is trying to make it more competitive with the competition. Ford and Chevy got them beat on HP and over all performance and at a lower cost. However Dodge has the looks IMO! Its the perfect retro ride and has a lot of soul that the other cars do not have. The price decrease will help even the playing field a little more. To bad this years color options, well.... suck.. no B5 blue, no detonator yellow or that wild purple..

If I was Dodge I would bring back those colors and try and figure out way to lighten that fat lady!

is dodge making the rt classic in GWE. not sure if its my pc or the dodge website but i cant seem to access some stuff. and i dont see GWE as a choice for other than the srt8. but reading online says they will have GWE for classic

Plus you get free HID, EVIC, steering wheel controls on the 2011 that you would have to get in extra options in the 2010. Price out the same and even if the dealer is cutting a 6K$ discount, it isnt much more, maybe 3K to get the 2011 and you wont take the deprecitaion hit.

Give it awhile. They are starting with the SRT8 GWE, then the classic. Also, Dodge is not known for being on top of their website. There are still mistakes on it.

You are absolutely correct. Checked three dealerships. I was ordering a 2011 GWE SRT(like the looks better than the 2010 and earlier cars, no goofy goat head out front, more power and I like the other subtle exterior changes), 2 dealers would not budge off of MSRP. The dealer I ordered from sold mine at $2500 below MSRP. I probably could have haggled more but was happy w/the price. So check around, there are deals available.
