If it isn't functioning properly it is a warranty issue plain and simple, no TSB required for that.Dealer told me I have to wait for a TSB.... Sad

True, but I still feel their response should be to replace the obviously defective or non-functioning unit under warranty regardless of there being an existing TSB or not. Parts fail without TSBs all the time and are repaired/replaced under basic warranty. Why should this be any different?TSBs aren't just to get things fixed for free. They also tell dealers how to fix the tough issues. But it is unacceptable to say your going to wait for someone else to figure it out. I'd be on the phone with Chrysler.
