I think the new HEMI's are considered small blocks.

That's what I was told when I had my '05 Magnum RT. I'm not worried since we have about the same power as the old style big blocks. I had a '68 Coronet R/T with a big block 440 that had 375 HP; about the same my "Small Block" 5.7 (345 CI) has.
