Sounds like a fuel problem (rich or misfire) causing the cat converters to have that stinky smell. Could be a bunch of different things causing the rich problem.
I would agree with SRT8Tech that is may be fuel related affecting the catalytic converter. The dealer can provide a definite diagnosis.I just picked up a beautiful srt8 with a manual Trans on 7-3-14. Has a mopar Cai & MagnaFlow cat back. 13800 miles, on Saturday on a cold start the exhaust fumes smelled rich kinda like fuel. On Sunday as I put her in garage u can smell a rotten foul smell or sulfur like smell. Today i started her up and had the same smell and check engine light was on. I had car towed back to dealer. Any one have any ideas? I'm very disappointed, can't wait to get her back

No, that should not cause the problemThey filled up gas tank for me before I left, if they put regular instead of super could that be an issue?
PCV is metered air flow (via crankcase from fresh air inlet on the oil filler tube to the airbox) and this is post-throttle body air feeding into the engine. I could see that with less overall air volume, the A/F mixture go run richer than what the PCM programming could lean the A/F ratio out to for its normal range of operation. They replaced the pcv . They said it was clogged and that was the problem. How foes a clogged pcv cause fuel to dump into the cats?
