Just purchased a 2013 Dodge Challenger v6 and one thing that’s I didn’t notice is that my horn doesn’t work. I’ve searched for the horn fuse on YouTube and google and i haven’t found anything can you guys help also there’s a knocking sound every time I open my car and sometimes when I have my ac on the knocking would come but when I turn it off it would go away if you have answer to that problem also that would really be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Don't think there is a horn fuse as there is a circuit board in the TIPM that feeds it.

You can access the horns by removing the top splash guards just in front of the engine bay which can be removed by pulling directly up (held on by clips).
