Spent yesterday at Petty's Garage with Greg (Manager), Bruce (Tech), Will (Parts) and Mike (Marketing) (www.pettys-garage.com) on their dyno and had Sean (Owner) from Hemi Fever Tuning (www.hemifivertuning.com) come down and do some tuning on my RT. Pettys Garage guys were great and knowledgeable as was Sean in doing a safe tune (not too lean) regarding the two tunes he programmed. One for 93 Octane w/o nitrous and another tune with 93 Octane & 100HP nitrous.
Results speak for themselves...
1st pull - 93 Octane, RCI Intake/Flowmaster Mufflers w/ resonator delete
2nd pull - + Diablo with Hemi Fever tune
3rd pull - + 100 shot nitrous w/ timing retard of 2 deg.
4th pull - same

I've ordered some colder plugs and look to run the full 125 hp shot, but thought it safer for right now to keep the 100hp shot for the time being. Now to put it on the track to get some ETs. Need sticker tires first though.

Haha look at those torque numbers on the spray!

That's why I love nitrous.

Like I always say....hp is just a number to brag to your friends about. Torque is what makes you move.
