If that is a '15 I'm very disappointed that there are no hood scoops. That looks like the shaker hood from the new shaker option and upon closer look I see a CAI. With a shaker I'm all in. I like the split grille too, a la 1971. The wheels aren't doing it for me either. I prefer a chrome look.

I hope somebody can leak the new tail light treatment. That is the only thing on the new Charger I actually like more than my Challenger.

What does everybody think of the color? I absolutely love this variation of Sublime.

There are two Sublime Challengers in the this thread. The first pic I is a probably a 15 Challenger. The second is a modified 11-14. If you recall in Fast and Furious (the 5th movie released in summer of 2010), used the not yet released, 2011 Chargers for squad cars. Some were 05-10 Chargers with the 11 taillights on them, some were unmodified 05-10s, and some were true 11 Chargers...
Not quite. The fifth movie was released in May 2011 and the new style Charger was out by then, although, during filming it may not have been released. All of the patrol cars were the new design except for the SRT8s Dom and Brian drove, which were 2010 or older. I've seen the movie too much to know none of those Chargers were swapped or interchanged with different model years.

Actually StealthChallenger is right, as a Charger owner at the time it was of great interest to me and others on the chargerforums when then the first leaked images of the new Charger rear was indeed mocked up 06-10 Chargers with Painted tails and a modified trunk. (see pic and note the hips of the Charger among the more obvious things...)

Well I'll be damned lol. I stand corrected MagicRat and StealthChallenger. The hips should have been the telltale.

I am not a fan of that shifter. Drove a 12 Charger for a few months and it always felt awkward. Can anybody confirm whether or not they can be changed out? I'm guessing no because of the integrated button. To me, the look and feel of that subtle retro interior will be lost and my T-Shifter will be of no use. Hoping I am wrong.

Uhm I don't think anyone can confirm what can or can't be changed on the 2015 Challenger since we dont even know what its going to have...maybe wait until the car is revealed before complaining about what needs to be changed lol
Don't be an ass Captain Obvious. The automatic shifter used in the updated interiors of the Jeep and Charger, which people are hoping this new interior mimics, is what I was referencing or as you so eloquently called "complaining." I believe I mentioned that in my post. If I am complaining, that is my opinion and personal preference. So disrespectful lol. I'd expect a "doctor" to pay better attention to detail.

I prefer the standard Hood and I don't ride stock wheels on my cars. I'm sure I will find an aggressively looking wheel combo to compliment the car. I want my Challenger to look as smooth as possible (minus all the stripes and excess badging). I understand heritage but I don't want a bumblebee anywhere on my car (not knocking those that like it).

I can hardly wait to see one of these in person.
I feel you. Same setup I'm looking at although I have some stripe options I'm considering. My only dislike with the 2015 are the wheel offerings. They remind me of the wheels on the current Nissan Maximas and Acuras. Nothing classic or retro about them in terms of styling. New wheels will be the first mod I make.

RS,
Is Dodge still offering the Houndstooth cloth option? Had not seen it updated on post #1 or #2.

How do I negotiate getting a 2015 at or below MSRP? I've noticed many of you arranging this price when ordering. All suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

Guess what???? I finally got to sit in a 2015 Challenger at a local dealer in Columbia, IL. Domino's comments had me a bit apprehensive about a lack of roominess for big guys like me. Well, there was PLENTY OF ROOM once I adjusted the seat. He was right about his leg/ankle being up against the console, but that seemed okay to me. Overall I thought the car was awesome and simply beautiful, inside and out.
That is where I went to test drive a 2015. My cousin is 6'3 and 275 and thought it was roomier than my 2011. We checked out the remaining stock of 2014s hoping to get a deal, but once we test drove the 2015 it was a wrap. If they honor True Car and the USAA discount I will purchase through them, specifically Ryan.

Also what does all this stand for?

HB $1274
FFP $40,843
EP $39,196
HB is the Hold back, or in other words how much the dealership will receive for selling the vehicle.

FFP is the Family and Friends Price.
Which is confusing because from my understanding they have gotten rid of that.

And EP is the Employee Pricing for someone who works for Chrysler.

If I am wrong on any of this information, please correct me.
You are correct as far as what they stand for. The FFP is still active for people who get a control number from a current or former Chrysler employee. I actually received that control number but my salesperson gave me the employee discount price anyway. I received EP, USAA rebate, dealer incentives, and military discount.

That's great news! When I talked to my dealer when I was ordering my Scat Pack, I was going to get the EP, USAA rebate, whatever incentives were out at the time but not the military discount.

They would take the military discount but not both military and USAA together. Since the USAA rebate is $1000, I opted for that one versus the $500 military discount.
That's not cool. Mine initially told me he could not honor the military discount because he thought I had to be current active duty. We read the terms together and it included veterans. When I explained to him exactly what a veteran is he included it.

As far as USAA I printed off a discount coupon I got through the auto buying program. That $1000 discount can be used with other rebates and discounts. It states it in the instructions. Good luck as the salesperson should honor both.

Wow! It's always great to see this old iconic thread being brought back to life. I know that only 214 Sublime Scats with shaker were made in 2015 for the USA. Maybe similar low numbers for Sublime RT 5.7s. I can imagine many are garage queens. There must be folks looking for them and willing to pay a premium for a sublime chally. I'd hear 'em out!

BTW, I live in the St. Louis metro and have never seen a Sublime Challenger! I have seen several in Green Go.
That is funny. I also live in St. Louis and owned a 15 Sublime R/T Plus. I traded it in December 2017 for a 18 Green Metallic 300S. Getting married, starting a family, needed 4 doors.

There were quite a few Sublimes in the area when I still owned it. Mine sold in less than a week. Currently there is one on the lot at All Star and at Marty Cancilla.

Hello I have a sublime green 2015 r/t 5.7 with all the bells and whistles. Brought back in January , so now the Dodge dealership wants to trade my 2015 challenger for a new 2018 for a even trade almost. Does this sounds like a dealer scam or should I hear them out
Not a scam per se. They likely want your used vehicle as they can make more money off of its sale than a newer vehicle. I was sent a letter and it was just in time as I needed a newer, 4 door car. I ended up getting a new car and my payment increased a little bit. However, Im getting that back in lower insurance costs and gas. They ended up selling my 15 Sublime Challenger for 28k but gave me book value for it when I traded, which was 20k. Somebody got hosed.
