I would ask them cuz I'm sure theres some things programmed on a charger that a challenger doesn't have vice versa.

I see what you're saying. I think a dealer just flashes to the VIN# and mileage, and assume Diablosport would be doing the same?

Yes, got this from there site.

Important: We will not process your order without your vehicle’s VIN and calibration ID. *Please be sure your order includes this information.

So it's $200 for him to send it in.

The controllers should be the same GPEC2A but the OS is different...for example a 2015 challenger RT runs 68228440AC whereas a 2015 charger RT runs 68228422AD. If you compare the stock tunes there are slight differences between the two.

Not sure what you mean by 'OS', but you're correct in that the engine calibrations are different between Challenger/Charger.

Well thanks to all for your input. I will just send in the pcm for a swap @$200. The stock tune is already saved in it when sent back I believe. I bought an in tune I3 programmer for $40 but from what I hear it needs to be reset to your vehicle. So in the end....$200 pcm swap + $150 for the programmer reset and $40 for the programmer. $390....saved $110 if I had to buy all 3 for $500 from diablosport. Its not a lot but its $110 towards more HP I guess.

Every dollar counts with these cars...cost of power on these motors seems to be between $60-$80 per HP. :laugh2:
