May 19 - Antique Automobile Club of America, Northern Neck Region’s 25th Annual Antique Auto Show and Parts & Cars Swap Meet, at Stan’s Skateland & Dairy Freeze, Rt 3 Montross, Va. Rain date is June 2nd. Show Proceeds to Benefit the Northern Neck Technical Center - Automotive Technical & Body Repair Scholarship Car show consists of sixteen classes representing all makes and model antiques (trucks & motorcycles) from 1993 and earlier, including custom, modified, and foreign cars, as well as modern Mustangs, Corvettes, and sport muscle cars (Camaro, Barracuda, AMX, etc) 1994 - 2018. Awards include Mayor’s Choice, Stan’s Choice, Oldest Car Award, Top Sponsor Choice, Top Rat Rod, 2 Best of Show (antique & modified/custom), and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class trophies and plaques. Raffle prizes include: 1st - $250 cash; 2nd - $150 cash; and 3rd $100.00 cash to be awarded to lucky winners. There will also be door prizes for pre-registered attendees given throughout the day. Registration - $15 in advance (by May 7) or $20 at the gate. Registration: 8:30am, Show 9am-3pm. Judging begins at 11am. Cars must be on the show field by 11am to be judged. All Vehicles Must have Fire Extinguisher! Absolutely No Alcohol! No Tents Allowed On Field! Directions: From Fredericksburg take VA-3 east to Montross – Stan’s Skateland is on right; from Newport News/Gloucester – US-17 N to Tappahannock US – right on US 360 E to Warsaw - left on to Main St/VA-3 Business, turn left onto History Land HWY/VA-3 and continue to Montross – Stan’s Skateland is on left.
