I have a 2018 Dodge Challenger Sxt plus with 14k miles I just bought it and it had a annoying dash rattle when driving on uneven roads. The windshield was replaced by previous owner as it’s not oem.. Has anyone solved this issue yet ?
I tried adding extra insulation in dash it didn’t work still.
I took apart the trim around the gauge cluster and radio to. I still can’t locate the rattle..

What was the in-service date of the car? Perhaps you’re within the 3/36 warranty.....

Try removing the radio trim cover on the front of the dash where it meets the window. When the glass was replaced (with non OEM) there may be a possibility that the trim piece, with its rubber gasket/cushion is not seated properly and will squeak. I had a similar noise (not caused by a new window however) and I reseated the piece and lubed up the rubber. Noise gone.

It might work for you?
