What is the difference between the stock suspension on a 2019 RWD GT and the performance handling package "performance suspension"?

Stock RWD GT uses Super Track Pack suspension, with Performance Handling Group same ride height but it's the even stiffer Scat Pack suspension. Also get Brembo brakes with PHG.

so if I understand correctly the stock GT gets what is the RT suspension since all RT's get the STP as standard and if you do the PHG package you've now got the Scat Pack suspension?

Also, what is Mopar Perf suspension upgrade kit with the Bilsteins equivalent to?
