The window sticker is created once the car is released for shipping and the dealer is invoiced. There are multiple shipping states

Build codes.
Unscheduled:
BA
– order entered in system by dealer
BB – fleet order only – review by bid department
BD – special equipment processing
BE – edit error – coding error which must be corrected before order can be scheduled
BG – order has passes edit but cannot be scheduled regardless of sold status
BX – good order available for scheduling

Reason Codes:
F – Finance hold – automatic cancellation after 15 days
B – Model or option build out. Your order exists but isn't fully confirmed yet. Plant doesn't know about it yet. Systems are checking the order to ensure it's valid in terms of sales codes.
L – Material restriction
M – Material hold (fleet)
ZA – canceled order

Scheduled:
C – Tentative schedule. Your order is "subfirm". The plant can see the order at this point but it's not fully committed to building as the supplier may or may not be able to get parts to the plant to build the vehicle.
D – Firm schedule: serial number assigned. Firm order. Your order now has a name instead of a number:
D1 – Gate line: unit sequenced for production, est. ship date assigned.
The date is set for your car to be built. The plant knows when it should have parts sequenced for building and it should start to be built within 48 hours of the date set.
D2 - It's going to be built. The computers are being programmed, materials are being sequenced, framing is about to occur.

Build:
E – Framing. Metal is welded together to form the body and frame. The body is inspected at the end of this step to ensure it's within tolerances.
F – Paint. The metal is coated, primed, sprayed, clearcoated, polished, inspected, and hand finished if necessary.
G – Trim. The engine is installed in the chassis, the interior is installed, the chassis is mated to the body. At the end of this, your new vehicle is built.

Built:
I – unit built, pending final inspection. Your vehicle goes through a battery of shakedown tests and measurements are taken to ensure the vehicle looks and performs as expected.
J – Vehicle passed final inspection but not released to carrier
Get your Build Sheet here
JB – shipped to body vendor. This is for Shaker hood, graphics and other features not installed at the factory.
JE – shipped to emissions
JJ – consigned to body vendor
JS – shipped to storage
KZ – released by plant and invoiced. The car is ready to be shipped. The dealer is actually charged for the car. As you all know, this can be a source of delay. Typically you see two statuses here: Awaiting Shipment and "Staged for Shipment".

You can get your (Monroney) window sticker here

Traffic Codes:
KZ L – released but not shipped
KZ M – first rail departure
KZ N – first rail arrival
KZ O – delayed/received
KZ OA – plant hold, quality audit
KZ OB – zone, dealer, sales, vehicle prep, tax, diversion or derailment hold, dealer refusal, vehicle diverted
KZ OC – carrier delay, strike-bound, emission or safety hold, rail car shortage, bad or insufficient load, inclement weather, need shipping order, manifest error
KZ OD – mechanical failure, glass damage, vehicle in repair, lacking parts or storage hold
KZ OE – misdropped or misshipped vehicle
KZ OF – shipped air freight, stolen vehicle recovered, show vehicle, test info code, vessel sailed
KZ OG – damaged vehicle, stolen vehicle, abandon to carrier, vehicle scrapped, donate vehicle, repair and auction
KZ OH – all other “O” type carrier codes
KZ T – second rail departure
KZ U – second rail arrival
KZ X – delivered to dealer
KZ Y1 – major damage – must not be sold as new
KZ Y2 – major damage – vehicle sold at auction

KZX - Delivered to your dealer!

Get a POC from the dealer to see the current state. I think the dealers have a lot more info available once the car begins the shipping process.
Perfect this is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. Since I got the SPWB and its in shipping stage and I just got access to build sheet, I'm betting that its probably in JB being shipped to the body vendor for the widebody package stuff.

The 1320 wheels are the wider ones (9.5" instead of 9.0").
Change the front tires as soon as you get it, keep the fronts for when you burn out the rears, then once you've gone through all the drag radials put regular tires on those wheels.
Then buy shorter sway bar end links & get a set of 17" wheels/tires for the track.
That's one way to go anyway...
Yeah, I guess that is another idea. I'm not sure about changing tires with these wheels as I think the shop scratched up the wheels on my stang and those didn't even have the bead locks, but I guess I will have to change tires at some point. I just need to find a decent garage or dodge dealer. I'm not sure how good the stock tires will be in the rain either.

Ive been away for a bit. Just stopped by to say its been 1 year July 30 since I placed an order for a Challenger. 😂
still in BX 😂 The dealer still has the order in, they can’t get it anyway. I got my deposit back months ago. Gave up on it. But reading here nothing has changed for Canada. Once our JGC is gone there will never be an FCA DODGE JEEP or whatever they call themselves these days in our driveway. Good luck all!! Screw Dodge!!

This guy got caught in the rain with the factory drag radials on the rear - he had no problem.
I didn't think the DR's would be that good until I saw this;

I was just talking to my dealer and told him what is being said in the forums. He assured me not to cancel because they just had a meet with FCA yesterday. They said all sold orders at this point WILL be built with the exception of 21 Rams. The Rams are now being flipped to 22’s. This info is for Canadian orders
I told him I’ll wait a bit longer but meanwhile I’m keeping my eye out for something else to buy

We can only hope the plant workers are fresh from shutdown and ready to crank out the cars and get us all fulfilled before winter. I couldn't imagine waiting as long as some without going nuts

Here's a new one. Ordered 5/27. Went into D1 status within a week. It was in D1 yesterday. Today (according to my salesman) it is "pending final inspection". Salesman doesn't think that is even possible. I have a call into my salesman to check on build sheet and window sticker.
I have a copy of the "code" sheet. I can't find anything that has to do with "pending final inspection". Any thoughts on this new phase?
Also, if this does have some truth to it, I think I am starting to get an idea of what is slowing down some orders and not others. Someone at the same dealership has ordered almost the same car. He ordered in April (month earlier) and is still in D status. The difference was the sun roof. The only other differences were I have 3.09 rear and no carbon fiber accents. (I doubt that these are the holdups). From what I have been reading it HAS to be the sun roof.
Or, there is no rhyme or reason whatsoever and they just grab an order out of grab bag full of order sheets and build that one!

Just passed by a fully loaded truck with a bunch of challengers heading to the Buffalo border crossing. Here's hoping one of you are the recipients!

Call this number: 844-827-2003
It’s the FCA HELP LINE. They are very friendly and will tell you the truth.

Pending final Inspection should be status "I". Once it passes final inspection status goes to "J" and the build sheet should be available. I agree that the lack of sunroof parts is most likely the reason why some of us have been waiting (4 months for me) for our cars.

Doesn't look too bad. Since I will probably get it sometime in October, maybe I will just concentrate on getting a winter set for now and take my time looking for something for daily use next Spring.

I just called the Chrysler/Dodge help line and they have no record of my von or vin. They said call the dealer. Latest from the dealer is a D1 and Ship Date of 9/8. We’ll see. Tech package but no sun roof FYI.
