2023 Shaker Package Now "On Restriction"?

Placed my build on a 2023 Scat Shaker with the 6M back in late November 2022.
Just got a call from the dealer yesterday that the Shaker Package is "on restriction" and will not be available for the rest of the factory builds.
According to the dealer, my build got rejected by the factory as it went to get scheduled due to the fact that the Shakers are now restricted.
I now have to resubmit a build sheet with everything except for the Shaker Package.
Anyone else that was late to the game in placing an order hear this?
I understand that this is a very specific problem, so the odds of that are low, but I just figured I'd throw it out there and see.
Thinking of ordering "Shaker-less" and going Cervini.

Options can go on or off restriction, I'd be a little patient and doubt the dealer knows the option is gone permanently and he might just be talking bs. Tell him to print out a new POC and send it to you, then you can see for yourself.

I'd contact dodge support about that, late November was only a month after orders opened. But if you're dealer is right it could be a supply issue with shaker hoods

Tell him to order the whole shake package for a collision repair and have the dealer install it before you accept it, if you really want it.

I find it hard to believe with 10 more months of production that there will be no more Shakers

.... Well, I ordered two back in October and the beginning of November. They both are identical cars except for one's a manual and the other is a automatic transmission. They are both wide bodies with the Shaker package and hood pins and tail stripe. As long as I get mine, I will let everyone else know where the other one is. It's white! They are both currently in JB status at the 'body vendor' since January. 🤞

Might be a silly question but I’m new and don’t know a whole lot about cars. I’m waiting on my shaker scat to come in. I love the shaker and hood, but is it possible to pay to have someone add two vents on the hood? Like a custom hood?

...... Definitely research the company and their work, before doing something like that!!! Maybe just check out the reviews on some aftermarket hoods, concerning fit and finishes!!!

..... If you really want a ScatPack Shaker, I would DEFINITELY pick up a new 2022 then, if yours isn't going to be made. You will probably miss not getting one, and going with something else or a different hood....just my guess though 🥴. There are still quite a few around. If you need help locating some, I'm sure that everyone on here will help you find one. If you live up in the northeast, I know where a bunch of them are at dealers currently!!! Good luck 🤞.

Thankfully, looks like mine has been built and waiting to ship. Was at upfitter over 2 weeks.

..... You are very lucky, I just talked to my salesman and mine went to storage and it's not showing being built on their website 😭

I wonder if that is Storage before or after it is done with the Upfitter?

Does build sheet or window sticker show up?

..... It's been at the upfitter/body vendor since January 20th😭 (now it's in storage)... But, I had the rear stripe/Shaker package and hood pins ordered 🤷‍♂️

NO, you could order the whole set up, hood and all through the dealer and see if you pay to have it painted if they would do the installation of it before you pick it up.

No, there is a shaker hood from the factory with the hole in it. It is it's own hood. Shakers do not go to up fitters.
