You will see zero gain from the TB.
The K&N (oiled) type filters are known to "mist" the intake charge with oil particulates. This dillutes the intake air charge and can over time, mess with sensors. There are much better alternatives (oiless) that flow just as good without the headache of mistingm & periodic cleaning & reoiling.

Honestly I would have put the money spent on the CAI and TB into a LT header setup. LT headers with high flow cats can be had for $1300 shipped. With offroad mid pipes can be had for <$1k. Headers with a tune and you WILL see hp gains...more so than a CAI and TB...and will sound better too.
