General Information
The 2011 CEMA Car Show benefits the Walter P. Chrysler Museum Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Q: What is the theme of the 2011 CEMA Car Show?
A: The 2011 CEMA Car Show celebrates "Fins, Fashion & Chrome." We will be featuring the cars of the 1950s and 1960s. that flaunted tail fins and chrome. We expect to have a number of cars from this era on display.

Q: I would like to display my car but it's not a Chrysler product; am I welcome?
A: Absolutely! ANY brand of car, truck, or motorcycle is welcome at our show.

Q: I don't have a car to display at the show - why should I come?
A: We offer a great environment for the entire family: a disc jockey, great food on-site, and a show field of more than 300 vehicles of every description. And, of course, the fantastic Walter P. Chrysler Museum! Admission to the Museum is only $4.00 on CEMA Car Show day! That's a saving of 50%!

A: On the paved Museum parking lot, each display vehicle is to occupy one standard parking space. On the lawn area, directions will be provided by a CEMA parking coordinator.

Vendor Information
Q: Would you please provide information for prospective vendors?
A: We are always interested in having vendors on-site who provide products and services to automotive enthusiasts. Please contact our Show Chairperson for additional Vendor Information.

Q: Does CEMA provide any equipment for vendors?
A: No; CEMA is unable to furnish tents, tables, chairs, and electrical power for vendors; please bring your own equipment.

Q: Our car club wants to participate in the CEMA show - do you accommodate clubs?
A: Certainly!

Your club should select one person to be the liaison between your organization and CEMA. This person should register the Car Club here. Only one submission per Car Club is necessary. This form tells us that your Club members wish to park together; it is NOT a blanket registration for your Club members.
Your club will need to provide CEMA with the approximate number of vehicles that will participate.
When your members register on-line, be sure to include the name of your club.
On the day of the show, your club members should arrive together to facilitate the parking process.
Q: Is there anything else that I need to know?
A: The Museum is located on the Chrysler Headquarters complex; this is private property. The following regulations are enforced for the safety of all participants and spectators:

No open flames / barbecue grilles are allowed.
Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted on Chrysler property.
Careless / wreckless driving and burnouts are prohibited; offenders are subject to citation by the Auburn Hills Police Department.
The selling of merchandise and services is restricted to vendors who have an approved CEMA Vendor Agreement and have a City of Auburn Hills permit.

Is anyone else going?

Weather permitting, I will be there. Fantastic show people, if you are in the area you really should make an attempt to show up. Check the website, we had pretty good representation of LX and LC platform cars last year.

So it looks like only two of us are going?

I will be parked with Michigan Modern Mopars. Anyone that decides to come, please join us.

If you don't care to show your car, just drop by, enjoy the show, and be sure to say hi.

Rick, nice seeing you again. Had a really nice time and was amazed it never rained! I will try to make the show in Livonia later this summer. Please let all your CEMA colleagues know they did an A1 job with the show.

Thanks Craig,

Congratulations on your class win! The car looked great and you earned it.

The Charity show to benefit Angela Hospice is Saturday August 27th.

It is listed under the MidWest thread. It is a way down the list but I will bring it to the top.

It is also listed in the Events.

I'm hoping for a good Mopar turnout. Livonia is "Ford Country" and we usually draw some great Mustangs. We need to show these guys what Great Mopars look like.
