It is my thinking that the rear resonators are good to leave in the system. They are straight through. Have not looked inside the mids though but have been told they are high flow as well. So I feel the stock cats and manifolds are the big restrictions. I am going to do long tube into high flow cats into the stock pipes and mufflers. This is on a 2016 5.7 6 speed. This thing needs a tuner big time, it needs more fuel but runs well for what it is. 0-60 with little traction getting out of it and back in it yields me 5.3 sec, slow? Yea but considering I jump out of the throttle and back in it just to spin more, not bad. Exhaust and tune will wake it up and some better rubber, lol.
