I installed a wideband and logged some AFR readings with my 93 CAI canned tune installed. I found I needed to add fuel - something like 5% at the low range, and 6 or 7% at the higher rpm ranges.

I STILL got some ST KNK ****** after my shifts that gradually dropped as the rpms rose to the next shift point and then the ST KNK ****** came back again only to diminish again.

If I go to the 91 CAI tune, will I be ok adding the same percentage of fuel to that canned tune or do I need to do more logging with the wideband. I dont have the wideband installed right now but if the I need to, I will install and log more.

just wonder how the fuel tables compare between the 93 and the 91 CAI tunes

I don't think there is a significant difference between the 2 tunes as far as fuel is concerned, so you should be OK.

Another thing to consider would be to use the 93 tune, add your 5% fuel that you have figured out and just retard the WOT timing/spark by 1 degree. If it still has knk, retard the timing/spark again. I cant imagine needing to retard the timing any more than that.
