Aero-Plate "No Drill" License Plate Bracket!

Just got mine today.
Seems you need a drill w/ 1/8" bit to install the "NO Drill" Bracket!

The other thing which caught my attention....
"The Aero-Plate bracket should only be used for normal street applications under normal driving conditions & should not be used in high speed/racing applications."
Wonder why??

Not to mention they don't even include the screws needed. Guess they figure if you pay $200 for a bracket, you're used to being screwed!

I ordered the folding/retracting license plate bracket for $50 from American Muscle. I will mount it on the underside of the spoiler and it should be all but invisible when retracted, which is how I plan to leave it.

If I get pulled over, I'll claim I retracted it for a local cruise night and forget to pull it back out, and then ask for a break while I pull it back out in front of him.

Sounds like you got a bum steer on that aero plate holder and although it still looks better than the OEM location, a plate anywhere on the front face of a Challenger is a sin IMO.
