This effects CNC gauges, purchased after 11/1/10 with the battery saver feature for the 2009/10 Challnger (30 second delay).

We just realized that if you use the record feature on the gauge, the data log will go one byte to far into the code, overwrite it, and shut the gauge down. The gauge will then not boot up. When we added the 30 second delay for the 2009-2010 Challengers, the record buffer was moved just enough to cause this and somehow neither we nor anyone else has had a problem until now.

So, if you don't use the record function you're fine, but if you intend to we need to reflash the gauge unfortunately.

We're just trying to inform everyone now.

If this effects you write me at [email protected] and I'll send you a return form. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It is now corrected so new orders received after today will not be effected.

Please address any questions on this matter to our tech forum, and not here as I do not have time to check in here often. We have a thread specific to it here:

Way to reach out and step up. I don't use this to record, so I'll leave mine as is. Thanks for the heads up.
