Hit a pothole or recessed manhole. I got a gouge. In the process of getting it fixed. The company came to my job, removed my wheel, put spare on, promised 2 days, welded, buffed out, clear coat, and put back on.
150 bucks.. Other repairs may vary with cost, depending on severity. I think that's a good deal. I will post pics of finished product, hopefully a happy ending..

Be glad when I get my rim back, this was 530 this am, leaving the shop to go to Georgia.. Not with my car, a box truck..

Well, it turned out pretty good. The weld blends in, slight variance in alloy composition match, but that is near impossible. I have to look with a little effort to see where it is.. Almost exact opposite side of the valve stem.
