Measure the K&N filter and then go to this link to find the one closest to what you have. Naturally, the dia. of the K&N where it slips over the pipe to the intake manifold has to be exact. The other dimensions can be (and will be) off a bit from the K&N.

Swapping out an oil gauze filter with a nanofiber filter is a good move.
