Hello again, with another noise! High pitched noise when turning the steering wheel, coming from the front end. Tie rods? My ears aren't very good for this sort of diagnosing.

It doesn't creak or make the noise when you do the 'sit' test on the hood/fender to check rebound creaking.

Sounds clear as a bell to me but okay, here's another;

Is this a dried out ball joint or is that supposed to be power steering whine? I can't honestly tell, it seems awful to be power steering whine and I'm used to Ford's very distinct, very loud, and low pitched power steering whine.
