[Robotech]

I almost ordered this yesterday but thought maybe I should get some opinions first. Anyone have experience with this brand and model? My brain is telling me that there must be a reason they are about 1/2 the price of other brands.

Probably cheaply made. Never heard of it. Maybe fitment issues. Who knows, you might get it and it will fit great. No idea who makes the filter, and ultimately a good filter is utmost. It usually does come down to you get what you pay for. A Guy

As a friend explained to me one time in my youth, as I was complaining about the cost of motorcycle helmets: "You can buy a $50 helmet, if you think you're head is worth only $50".

Since the "life blood" of these Hemis is air...why would you go cheap on a set of lungs?

Its not a Bad kit, it is not a exact fit kit, I put one on a Camaro I had, Little modification and it was fine. In fact for the price I was amazed at the quality the parts were made.

Believe me I am familiar with the you get what you pay for rule. That's exactly why I asked if anyone had experience with the kit. Being such a simple assembly to begin with, I was curious as to the wide swings in pricing. I mean we're talking about a tube and a few connectors.
