I have a 430RBZ stock 6 speaker 2011 Challenger. Keep in mind I am not looking to rattle my license plate I just want clean sound and nothing that was so expensive like 1000$ a set for speakers...

I got a deal on all kicker through amazon and bought:

8" Comp D Sub/Mid (Rear Deck) 400W Peak
6X9 CSS69 Component (Door) 450W Peak
6.5 CS65 Coaxial (Rear Deck) 300W Peak
Kicker FrontRow 6 Channel Processor

Also I have 3.5" CS35 (Dash) 90W Peak
I guess with component I wouldn't need these unless I wanted to just use one for center channel?

I know I need amps, but not sure what I need...

On a more serious note...

You will need an Audio Control LC7i or LC8i to convert your HU outputs to RCA's to start.

As far as an amp(s) I would suggest you look at Arc Audio's KS 300.4.

KS 300.4 | Arc Audio

Well made with lots of clean power I use the 2 channel version to power my front Focal components and it runs cool and has gobs of power. It's also very efficient and won't dim your headlights as strong as some others

You could use the Arc 4 channel and power your fronts on 2 channels and bridge the other 2 for the sub but the one you are using is not really up to the power level. $ channels (F/R) on the Arc. Too many variations at play but another option is to find a 5 channel amp.

Either way you will need a signal processor to grab the RCA outs.
