From all of the information I could find it looks like they offered Plum Crazy every 3 years on the Challenger. 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019.
I have seen quite a few 2017 and 2018's in that color. (Especially on here) Was that special order or offering in those years? Limited to certain trims??

It was also available in 2014.

As for the 2018 MY, it was available on all trims. It was limited at first if one were to go by this dealer's web page.

"Plum Crazy is currently available on all models of the 2018 Dodge Charger (which is great because this color was not widely available on the 2017 Charger model) and on the T/A, T/A Plus, and T/A 392 models of the 2018 Dodge Challenger. This exclusive color will be available on the full 2018 Dodge Challenger lineup later this year, but is limited at this point.

Can't find any info about PCP in 2017.
