A couple of weeks ago I installed my barton shifter. I decided to stick with the pistol grip shifter because I liked the retro feel of it. It was a lot better but i still didn't love it. I read here where a few guys said the flat stick was much better. I ordered the flat stick and installed it this morning. I cannot believe the difference it makes! It shifts so much smoother now. So much more precise!
So, my advice to anyone still using the pistol grip with the Barton. Stop what your doing, call Barton and order the flat stick immediately!

By the way, everyone over at Barton has been absolutely awesome!

It's a crime to not use the Barton handle. It's super beefy, the machining and tolerances are amazing, it bolts to the main shifter block front/back for ultimate control, and is adjustable for L/R cant. Extremely well engineered shifter.

Shame they don't gave you credit $ if you already bought the leakage.
