I'm 16 and can only afford an SE. But, I REALLY like the pcp color. Where's the best place in Southern California to get this done (preferably cheaply, but not to the point of a horrible paint job)? Also, if I plan on adding hood pins down the line, where would you recommend I get that done?

Ya know, you really need to spend a lot of money to get a car painted right. Keep in mind also that there is a matching color under the hood. If it were me, I wouldn't do it. Nothing wrong with an SE. I would suggest just hanging on to it until you can afford the Plum Crazy down the road. I think that's your best bet.

Having said that, depending on the color of your SE, you could actually paint Plum Crazy colored graphics on it. Like a stripe or something along those lines and have the best of both worlds.

If you're dead set on painting the car, Santini's in Westminster is top notch.
