So...after ignoring my creaking, clunking front end for the better part of the last month I decided to finally take a peek today...

(kinda like ignoring unopened mail, knowing it has news/billings you dont want to affirm)

Upper right and left balljoints shot on the upper control arms and a passenger side crapped out tension strut....and I didnt look in the rear yet even!

Anyhow, outside of rockauto.com, who knows some good high end AM suspension part companies to get replacements from...all ideas considered :) I cant just replace the balljoints can I?:scratchhead:

Thanks in advance...sucks this is my first post though :(

2009 RT, 13k on the clock. Ill post pics up asap...

Yes...it saw lots of snow and salt this yr as well as potholes galore...wasnt my plan, but the landcruiser wasnt going with the plan either...

I have to say with the dedicated snows I had, it kicked a$$ in the snow...never an issue and I drove in some real bad ones...which was a pleasant surprise :)

anyhow...

The real kicker of the story...no warranty :(

Long story short...salvage reclaim. Thought I would make out...and I didnt.

Sooooooooo...I have no other choice other to make the best of it, which I have for the most part.

I will look into that upgrade!

Plus this is a nice way to just make the car handle that much better anyhow, so maybe worth it in a sick way to have them crap out on me...

Then of course Brembo brakes are next I assume? :)

Sway bars are a great upgrade, we also have adjustable end links for those, and brakes of course, if you want to go to a big brake kit, Baer makes and awesome one as well as bream and others

I hate to be the ignorant newbie here, but I am...

Therefore...

Adjustable end links...What exactly gets adjusted? And why? I am looking into the uppers for sure as well as the sways...I just want to know what I am getting into I suppose :)

OH...and DIY for guys like me? Scale of 1-10...oil change being a 1 to 2 I suppose?

Thanks!
