No, the only load-leveling shocks that come on the Challenger are the Sachs Nivomat. They're the ones circled in white. None of the others are load-leveling.

The reason I ask is that the Bilsteins I have are the same design as the ones circled in white.

The rear shocks will look similar with the lower rod to the bottom mounting eye, but that's because in passes through the lower rear control arm.

The Bilstein shocks are conventional shocks, and not self leveling.

Here's a shot to illustrate how it passes through for the lower mount:

Thanks Hal H. I am in the process of getting an air suspension rig together. I want to make sure I am going to be able to use my existing shocks.
