The difference between a 5.7 and 392 - you'll have to remove all the oil pan bolts (25 of them), drop the pan down and remove bolts and lower the steering rack for more clearance.
There's a stud & nut that secures the oil pickup tube on 392 engines. The 5.7s don't have that.
- discovered this when I did a cam swap on a 392.
Other than that, the procedure is the same for both engines.
