I am not picking on anyone in particular, but lets watch our language in regard to Ford and Chevy. One of the things I like about this place is that it is not full of bull**** like most other forums. Be proud of the Challenger, but show the same respect for Camaros and Mustangs you would like from them. They are badass cars in their own right! Hate on the imports all you want, just be intelligent about it.

you might wanna repsect the imports as well kept alot of modding scenes going as well as all of these new muscle cars have import parts or get parts from overseas. So to be honest with yourself all of these Muscle cars of today are imports.

well to kinda just shut thiswhole thing down this is what an older mustang guy says on a mustang forum and I have to completly agree with him.

I have seen much on the Challenger forums putting down the Mustang but I have seen just as much of the same about the Challenger here. I have seen many comments about the "pigs" and other names used when posting about them here.

I appreciate a well done car of any make or model. I do have a slight bias toward american muscle since that was all there was when I was young but have seen some awesome imports on the streets and strips. I don`t even like the "ricer" comments I see on the forums although I do understand them.

The Mustang and Challenger are both wonders to behold in thier respective classes. The Chally is, after all a full sized sedan and certainly is not going to compete with smaller and lighter cars either on the strip or road course with both in stock form. Of course, once the modders get ahold of any car all bets are off.

To get this post over with let me say that it is not the "real car guys" who make the idiotic putdowns of other brands just to sound big and tough on some forum. Those who do sound like the same children who took the ball and went home when they lost.

Ignore those little minds and enjoy and appreciate the freedoms we have to make our cars, our cars, while it still lasts.''

That really sums it up putting down all the other cars because yours is better is dumb stupid and imature as for the imports i have already addressed that issue name one car made in the last 5 years that is completly from the USA the answer is none we are all imports now thats just how it is. so enjoy the car whatever you drive but dont have a whos got the better car contest those got old in middle school

As far as N/A cars, I don't consider anything Mustang GT or smaller to be competition, unless it come with a comparable price tag (a decent equalizer it seems).
As for the Mustang GTs....my wife's 2005 SRT-4 eats them all Saturday, all over town, as they cannot seem to resist it. It isn't fair, but it is fun. (~290hp;~300'lb with stock turbo and curb weight of 2850lbs with her in the car.....)

The Speedfactory, Mr Norms, Shelby GT500, the Ligenfelter, Hennesseys, etc., as was said: all bets are off.

is she racing 05-09 or is she running the 2011 5.0 big big difference bro my cousins 5.0 is doing the exact opposite to srt4s and some challangers depending on how modded they are. but to be honest it could all be the driver your foot is the greatest mod in the world.
